Kyzyl Syy gorge, Kyrgyzstan

Kyzyl Syy is a gorge that is situated on the southern part of Issyk Kul Lake. It is an excellent place to go for trekking. The nature there looks as it looked many hundreds years ago. It is a wild gorge and still we do not have any tourist's path on the ground. It is a good place to enjoy being along in a virgin nature. If you have a several day trekking tour you will visit glaciers, mountain rivers and famous mountain Chokoli lakes. Usually people finish their trekking in Barskoon gorge that is one of the most beautiful gorges in Kyrgyzstan.

 

You can have trekking there along if you are very experienced tourists and you have a very good map. Still you will need some luck to find the right way.
