Torugart pass, Kyrgyzstan

Torugart pass is the border between China and Kyrgyzstan. In ancient time this place was a part of Great Silk Road and thousands of traders with silk, porcelain and gold were passing this place. The road to the pass is not paved but you will be carried away by the amazing scenery offered through views the celestial mountains.

 

A lot of tourist every year cross Torugart pass to visit China. Many of them are independent tourists who don't use travel companies.
